Produced from premium Western Australian Shiraz, the wine has deep plum purple colour, fruity aroma, and soft tannins supporting dark berry flavours. Harvested during the cool night, the 2021 Fishbone Shiraz was crushed and fermented in tank and seasoned with a light blend of US and French Oak. Nose: Intense blackberry and spice with subtle peppery notes. COLOUR: Deep purple core to rim. PALATE: Dry, full bodied, notable grape skin tannins underpins intense dark berry fruits. CELLARING: A good decade with proper cellaring.
